Hi, I’m Lisa.

I believe meaningful work deserves momentum, not burnout. That’s why I help founders go from “it’s all on me” to “this is actually working.”

I’m a strategic business operator and systems thinker. I’m the person teams call when they’re stuck in the weeds and need someone to diagnose what’s not working, prioritize what matters most, and create a clear path forward. I bring structure, clarity, and follow-through so fast-moving teams can scale without wasting time or energy.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led operations across very different environments from managing $750M Navy contracts to helping the instafamous parenting brand Big Little Feelings reach over 500,000 families through digital products and programs. Not the most linear background, I know, but if you don’t think planning a ship repair availability and a social media content calendar for 3.5 million followers have anything in common, you would be wrong — and I’d love to tell you why.
